Hi everyone,

I've been playing BAL and loving it.

But it seems like I made a huge mistake. I started the game with all the default options - which means no Spanish league.

Which sucks, because that half-portuguese-half-dutch league is a pain. France I can take, but no Spanish sides...

So, my question: is there any way I can edit that later in the game, even if I have to use some external editing tool or something? I'm already 25 in the game, don't really wanna start over at this point.

Nope, same thing happened to me - I had the Italian, English, Dutch and French leagues... and only noticed it in the 2nd season when I got into Europe. It's very annoying, but at least next time you'll look out for it!

Just to add; I'm currently taking all penalties at Arsenal, been given about 5-6 in the last two seasons.

1. How do I get the number I want? Im always getting stuck with 27, instead of the 13 that I asked for.

2. Why does the match experience points give you very little when building stats?Yet the strengh stats give you much more.

That really sucks, that's why I've been hoping for some kinda editor. I've heard about a BAL player editor (you can boost your player stats or something like that), so I had hope we could edit other stuff.

When I "patched" my game with brazilian leagues, my saved BAL game also got different teams, perhaps because it draws the league teams from the option file. Maybe there's hope.

What happens when your BAL player retires? Is it game over, create a new Legend and move on, or does said Legend respawn to start over, again.

Sorry i was cut off from the internet for a few day's, they mixed me up with some other client but how i play with 2 players is:

First make sure you have 2 accounts on your console( not in bal mode 2 accounts)
then log in both the accounts, one for controller nr 1 and one for controller nr 2 Then go to exhibition match and go to the left side the home side with 2 controllers.
then choose whatever team you like and begin the match standard without editing anything in your team.
As the match begins shoot the ball to the side of the opponent and go to quit match.
And then go to BAL and load up your player and begin your match.
and you will see 1 controller is playing 10 players and the other one's the legend.

It works everytime :) not like the other post i saw with sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't.

I've tried doing the trick as I want to play BAL with my brother. However it's not working and I wonder wheter the latest patch has prevented this. Or am I just doing something wrong still?

the best you can do is: before sign with a team check all players numbers and then choose the number you want (if it s free..)

Your agility is determend with your first scout match, do more stepovers and tricks to get better agility. i started with 80. Same goes for all the other stats that never change. :happy:

I've been reading this post from the beginning and I've found that nobody asked this:

It is possible to create a player in BaL and make it grow to match Messi, Kaka, etc, etc, etc?

I'm wondering because I've created 2 players till now, and the first one, a SS reached a maximum of 87 on some abilities and he is 29 years old. I won several championships but recently I was contracted by Real Madrid.
I've won the World Championship TWICE, and no team seems interested in me till now...

It's just bad luck?
It's something I did?

Let me know your thoughts.

you cant actually matching kaka or messi....or even robinho...

it becoz...when ur player turn 21..or 22...the stats will grow slower even u put 6 strengthen bar..

trust me....u cant be a legend if u only reach stats like martin petrov when u turn 30...

konami should notice this...

yes, at least to have random possibilities of obtaining an especial, gifted player, because, with your normal stats, many clubs won't be interested in real life. Any way, I think if you play the BaL Mode several times, you may be allowed to do some "modifications" in your start player and make it gifted... I will try that with my next player.

Yet, almost everyone who plays BAL ends up being the absolute star who scores the most goals, makes the most assists and does the most work on the field.

And we're still not more signifigant than Martin Petrov?

just a quick one there is no other way of improving stats other than playing games.
(a training option would have been good, practice free kicks etc)

Also Ive never tried the online legends and what are the other find a legend search options about bottom of the main BAL screen above save about??

I just play club games and for england of course won the world cup with england on my second season.. so cool seeing myself hold the world cup he he!!

oh yeah PS3 version

You can improve your stats from the "skip match" option (but they will improve less than actually playing a match).

One thing is to do it, the other thing is to get high values in your stats.
And off course, If you select the option of high transfers, you will get to your dream Club soon... but is not the point.
It is impossible, given the way a player evolves, to get the same stats of Messi, Ronadinho, Kaka, C. Ronaldo, and a long list of etceteras.
If it is true, that is not necesary to perform incredible on matchs, it would be nice to achieve those stats. Remember that this is a game an we play it for fun. ;)

has anyone else expreince this i hit 32 in my bal mode an my stats stoped going up but stamina started going down than next yer 33 it all started to go bak again i checked on the graph thing and the line went down but now its going bak up also does this happen every other yer thanks.
