Installation:
At least 4gig USB
Format it on Xbox

METHOD 1:

1) Extract the 'PES 2016 TheViper12 Version 1.0 Xbox 360.7z' 7zip files. There are 6 files that you need to download to extract successfully.
2) Inject the files with Horizon onto the USB. You do not need to inject them in any order or any folder (Horizon will do this for you). Random order worked for me.
3) Unzip 'PES 2016 TheViper12 Version 1.1 Xbox360' and inject. It will replace the existing 'Viper2' file of v1.
4) Insert USB in Xbox
5) Copy to HDD.
6) Run game


METHOD 2:

1) Show hidden files on computer.
2) Open USB. There should be a hidden 'Content' folder.
3) The extracted 7zip files will also have a 'Content' folder (with many sub folders). Take the '0000000000000000' and 'E0001D12D83ECE2E' subfolders and put them in the USB 'Content' folder.
4) Unzip 'PES 2016 TheViper12 Version 1.1 Xbox360'.
5) Copy 'Viper2' file to USB into the last folder below (this will replace 'Viper2' from V1):
Content/0000000000000000/4B4E0861/00000001/
6) Insert USB into Xbox
7) Copy files to Xbox

I've tried this patch and the one by beunolacasito.

I like the style of the logos that bueno has, but yes his pitch is bright green. Viper's patch has normal pitches (which just look better for me). With Viper the ball also seems to roll on the pitch. With bueno's bright green fields the ball seems to levitate above the pitch.

I also did not like the Canal live broadcast element bueno included; it seemed to slow down the game. The extra stadiums are identical in this patch to bueno's.

I can't remember if there are boots in Viper's patch.

I like the smaller things in Viper's patch though. Like the focus on the colours of the club that appears on the scoreboard. In bueno's patch instead of the legit colours of teams like Stoke (red), their colours would be the default, unlicenced PES colour (e.g. green). Not that it's a huge issue, but for those that want to start ML, it messes up the whole colour scheme of their career menu and doesn't fit with the club's actual colours. It also sometimes affects the colours the crowd wear so they won't match the home team in bueno's kit.

Lots of transfers are done.

There are adboards for specific clubs and related to the league. Bueno does not have this yet.

New balls, but not as many as bueno.

International logos and kits. Both him and bueno still have fake players (esp. African teams).

Try al the others but this one is the best...
fortunately no pes 2016 billboards in the stadiums but billboards of the league itself
many balls and uptodate teams for the Bundesliga and the English teams.

Yeah, I had a problem with this too. You need 7zip to extract the first 6 files as they are all just parts of the one file. WinRAR doesn't work. Make sure you have the 6 files downloaded first in the same folder, then just right click the first file and select extract from the 7-Zip menu. You don't need to do anything with the rest. Then follow the rest of the instructions in the OP. Obviously install 7-zip first. Heres the link:

I'm talking about these 6 files. You need a program called 7-Zip to extract them all properly. Just do an extraction on the first file and the rest get automatically extracted:

You don't extract the second file. Just extract the first and the other 5 get extracted automatically. The 6 files are just parts of one big file.

I can't go online with these option files, is anyone else having this problem? Every time I start a match it disconnects prematch. I remove the option file then everything is fine. I've only been doing online competitions, I haven't tried any other mode online.

Thanks for posting. Not many in english currently.

I've downloaded the 6 files and extracted using 7Zip. Is it correct that I'm left with only one file?

If I extract say 002 I get the following message 'Cannot open file as archive'

I'm just conscious your instructions say no particular order is needed when uploading files to Horizon.

Yes, there is only one big file afterwards out of the first 6. The 6 files are just parts of the one big file. You only extract the first and the rest are automatically extracted. Thats only the first 6 files I'm talking about as others have to be extracted.

When the OP is talking about no particular order for Horizon, he means the files you have AFTER extracting them, not the initial files you have before extraction.

hello lads

after reading a few threads i still dont know something. Do I need to have a chipped xbox or something for this to work? Only thing I know about Horizon is that it's usually used with modded consoles.

Will this work without doing that online, any chance of banning etc?
